The terms governing the use of GKD Smart Finance Solutions services.
Our services
GKD Smart Finance Solutions provides bookkeeping, financial administration and business support services. We do not currently provide regulated accounting, tax advisory or financial advice services.
Engagement
The scope, pricing and deliverables of any work will be agreed in writing before services begin. Both parties are responsible for providing accurate, timely information required to deliver the agreed services.
Fees & payment
Fees are as set out in your chosen package or agreed quote. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on each invoice.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and only use it to deliver the agreed services.
Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us.
